About Vertigo:

Seattle clarinetist Jesse Canterbury leads an all-acoustic ensemble in a strikingly original mix of chamber music, improvisation, and
tune-oriented melodic material informed and inspired by the music of clarinetists Louis Sclavis and Michael Moore.

Friday, January 29, 2010: My group Vertigo will be playing at the Is That Jazz? Festival, at the Good Shepherd Center. We'll be sharing the bill with the stellar group drums/sax duo Bad Luck.

Saturday March 13, 2010: Vertigo will be opening for LA's Crepescule Trio.

Thursday, May 6, 2010: Vertigo at Gallery 1412.

I was awarded a Jack Straw Productions Artist Support Program grant to make an album with this group. We'll be going into the studio in May 2010.
